Care instructions
Follow these and the foam base will outlast the warranty. Nearly every failure we see is a cover put through a tumble dryer, not a manufacturing fault.

Machine wash the cover cold
Cold gentle cycle, mild detergent, on its own the first time.

Re-fluff the bolsters after washing
Work the fill back into the corners by hand while the cover is still damp, then let it dry fully.

Line dry in shade
Tumble drying shrinks the canvas and the cover will no longer fit.

Sponge the liner, never soak it
Warm soapy water, dry flat and fully before reassembling.
